Return Policy
At Project Refit, we take pride in crafting high-quality, custom hats designed specifically for you. Because our hats are personalized and made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges in most cases, including for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size selected, or preference changes after production begins.
Exceptions for Damaged or Defective Items: We stand behind the quality of our products. If your hat arrives damaged (e.g., torn, stained, or with manufacturing defects) or is otherwise faulty upon receipt, we will gladly make it right.

You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to report the issue.

Provide photos of the damage/defect and your order number.

Eligible items must not show signs of wear, use, or alteration beyond the reported issue.\

Options for Approved Claims

We will either refund the full purchase price (including original shipping costs) or send you a replacement hat at no additional charge (our choice, based on availability and the nature of the issue).

Return shipping costs for defective/damaged items will be covered by us (we'll provide instructions and a prepaid label if needed).

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund or replacement within 7-10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Personalized or custom-designed hats (once production has started).
